Bluebonnets...

Texas is covered with bluebonnets in the Spring and this year they are gorgeous!  We heard of a place nearby that had a beautiful hill so we went after church one Sunday afternoon.  The flowers were beautiful..the kiddos were not so happy about sitting in the "weeds" and the sun was too bright!  Oh well!

First dance pictures

Trystan has not wanted to keep her recital dress on for more than 2 minutes, if you can even get it on her. So after lots of talking and promises of a lollipop we got it on!  

These pics off my phone might be the only ones we get because she wanted nothing to do with taking pictures for the photographer :( oh well! 

Yee Haw! Rodeo again!

Jen and I took the kids to the rodeo last year and we wanted to do it again and will for a long time. We thoroughly enjoy being together and getting to hang out and the kids love seeing the animals.

Petting zoo- Trystan is very cautious still and wasn't so sure about actually touching the animals but if you show her a goat she'll say "pet"

Trystan wouldn't get anywhere near the tractor while Colby jumped right up and screamed when he had to get off - boys!
