Weight: 8 lbs 5 oz (at 3 weeks)
Dear Trystan,
Your Mommy and Daddy are so proud of the little angel that you are! You are growing each day and showing us new things each day. It's hard to believe you've already been gifted to us for a month! As I did with your brother, I hope to record the new things you do each month, the new words you say, and so much more!
- Sleeping- You are sleeping very well in your cradle in Mommy and Daddy's room. You like to take little cat naps in everyones arms and were VERY spoiled over Christmas with plenty of people to hold you. You like to take a pacifier when going to sleep.
- Eating: You are eating every 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Mommy is trying very hard to breastfeed you, but the doctor says we have to do formula bottles each feed when you are still hungry (about 4 times each day).
- Clothes and Diapers: Wearing newborn clothes and newborn diapers
- Favorites: Your favorite things so far are to be snuggled and cuddled with.
- Firsts: You have had MANY more firsts than your brother did at this age.
11/29 1st non-family visitors- Mrs. Renata (neighbor) and Pastor Jeff at the hospital
12/1 1st sponge bath
12/2 1st time in bouncy seat- you don't love it as much as your brother did, just yet!
12/5 1st time in the infant swing- you loved it!
12/11 1st time to church/outing, 1st stroller ride, and 1st restaurant- to go see your brother in the church Christmas play and dinner afterwards at La Escondida
12/14 Umbilical cord came off
12/15 1st trip to the grocery store
12/17 1st hotel and 1st vacation getaway- San Antonio
12/20 1st Playdate- with Colby Turner
12/21 1st Real Bath
12/25 1st Christmas
12/26 1st Movie- Alvin and the Chipmunks, Chipwrecked
