Happy Birthday Uncle Blake!

We have been hearing about Love that Sticks on KSBJ throughout the month of February, so as we went to visit Gran in the hospital after knee surgery, we took some post it notes with bible verses on them and stuck them all around the hospital.  Here is Brayden's 1st one on the elevator in the parking garage.  Gran had multiple people comment that they had seen the pink sticky notes because we left one outside of her room.

We had a wonderful trip to the zoo today with a huge group of friends. What a beautiful, but a bit chilly, day. Trystan needed a nap so she comfortably stayed warm in the stroller and just looked at the animals she could see. It's amazing how much more active the animals are in the cold in Houston :). They seem to love it as much as we do!

Ellie's Bday Party...

Brayden's little crush, Ellie, had her bday party at a super fun place!  Young Chef's Academy- this was our first time there.

Women's Retreat 2013

I was blessed to be on the committee to plan our women's retreat again this year.  What a blessing to see 74 beautiful women join together to study God's word and refresh ourselves.  We had a wonderful speaker, Mindy Ferguson of Fruitful Word ministries, who spoke on "Drink at the Well" and had us ask ourself "What are we filling our jars with?"

Such a blessing to be surrounded by so much love and sincere friendships.

Since I was photographer for the weekend, I didn't have any of myself...

Science museum...

It's been a couple of years since we had been to the science museum and a friend asked if we'd like to go...wow!  They've changed a lot and the new dinosaur exhibit is exceptional!
